On her way to Meemoo's

Word on the street has it that when James first left his dad's house for his mom's, and Suki behind, she cried the first half hour he was gone.

Since Meemoo (James's grandmother) has a fenced in yard, James decided to bring Suki with him to Meemoo's for Christmas Lunch. So here she is all perky in the back seat during what I think is her first car trip since the 20-hour one from Chucktown to Okie City.

Zen pointed out that Suki should be wearing a doggie seatbelt, ahem.

Blackie and Suki are twins, for the most part. Blackie's got a couple more years on Suki, and is going for the distinguished, professorial look with that white goatee. Who knows, maybe Suki will get into that some day?

After Suki's first post-spay trip to the vet, she and James went to celebrate her clean bill of health at Super Petz, where Suki was rewarded for her awesomeness with a brand new Kong toy. Watch her go wild!

Frisbee!

Sadly, this post will just serve to justify my horrible hoarding lifestyle. I bought this frisbee a year and a half ago, and it's just now being put to good use. But, oh the good use to which it is being put! According to James, Suki went apeshit over the frisbee... and doesn't that just melt your heart?

Fully Recovered, Still Lazy!

So, Suki is operating on all twelve cylinders after getting her reproductive system taken out of her body.

More than I can say - if my reproductive system was removed, I doubt I'd ever recover from it.

P.S. If anyone has a spare Nikon camera charger, perhaps you could send it my way and you wouldn't have to waste your time complaining about my camera phone.

Such a Well-Behaved Little Lady!

Get a load of this little girl! James went upstairs and she thought she would follow him, but he told her to stay AND SHE DID!

Something tells us she must have some previous training... that, or she's an angel in canine's clothing.

PS I agree that the quality of the photos is totally LAME and out of focus. I'll see what I can do about that. In consideration of your viewing of the below photo: the black blob sitting patiently at the foot of the stairs is Suki, the black blob sitting patiently at the foot of the couch is not Suki.

In other good news, she went into her crate for a nap all by herself and without James's prodding AND she encountered a toddler on the street today and was super sweet with him.

We really lucked out on the best dog EVER.
